The Rotating Tower of Dubai

Another ambitious project in Dubai (again?!!), which the construction will start weeks ahead in this very year!!

THE DYNAMIC TOWER
by Dynamic Architecture

Introduced in New York, The World's First 'Building In Motion', also called 'Rotating Tower', designed by an Italian architect : David Fisher.

The building is expected to be finished constructed in the year 2010, in Dubai.

The building which will contains 80 floors, with the height of 420 m (Close to Petronas Twin Tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), 10 highest floors will be use for luxury villa style apartment, the next 35 floors will be use residential suites, next 15 floors will be use extravagant hotel, and the next 20 floors are for office & marketing.

This building will be the new symbol for Dubai.

This tower which design with segments that has its own centre, capable itself to rotate each floor independently on different speed, using voice recognition technology, to decide its rotating direction!!

And the most significant amazing thing is, the voice recognition is programmed to known and to execute 'left and right' rotation in all language!!

The tower was to said to prepare car elevator up to the 80 floors!!

The tower rotates using photovoltaic cells with wind turbine energy technology, which the cells are located at each floor.

And as a word from the designer himself, Fisher, announced that there are 77 wind turbine will be install at the tower!!

What's more interesting, this tower will be the first skyscraper that the constructions had been done first (like Lego game). It involves of 600 Italian teams, 80 teams on location, with lots of thousands more staff!!

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:

During a BBQ, a ! friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) .she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.

They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening

Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 pm Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some don't die. they end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke... totally . He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for wi! thin 3 hours, which is tough.

RECOGNIZING A STROKE

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

S * Ask the individual to SMILE.

T * Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
(i.e. It is sunny out today)

R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

New Sign of a Stroke -------- Stick out Your Tongue

NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue.. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other , that is also an indication of a stroke.

A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

Qualification :
1. SPM or equivalent

Experience :
Minimum 3 years experience in similar position

Responsibility :
1. To control company inventory.
2. Tracking of all inventory movement into, through and out of plant.
3. To assist PIC Manager in practicing, handling, cleaning, storage, packaging, preservation and delivery of equipments, parts, consumables and spares in accordance with company quality system requirements.
4. Issue equipments, parts, consumables or spares as required by 'List of Equipments'.
5. In charge of shipping. To ensure the best possible level of service for delivery and shipment to customer.
6. Dealing with local shipments by air or ocean.
7. Preparation of documents relating to the above.
8. Perform any other inventory related duties assigned by the PIC Manager.
